This low calorie take on a traditional Sunday lunch favourite is deliciously creamy and comforting. Serve it on its own or pile it on your roast dinner - yummy, scrummy and satisfying.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. 
  • Parboil the cauliflower in a pan of boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Drain and transfer to a casserole dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the cauliflower.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until crisp and golden.
